Hi, my fiancee in hindu and i am a catholic so we want to do a inter religion court marriage. Please let me know the procedure and what documents are required?|||The Inter-Religious marriage without change of religion between two persons in India can be solemnised according to the civil form of marriage under the Special Marriage Act,1954.

You both should have valid proof of age, address. You both will have to give first one month notice for the marriage to the Marriage Officer/Registrar of your district in the prescribed form and after the expiry of the notice, you are married in presence of three witnesses, your marriage is registered and issued a valid marriage certificate.

You contact the District Deputy Commissioner's Office of your district for process of giving notice and marrying under the Act.
