What , in your opinion , is the BEST movie with inter-racial relationships as a topic?

There have been many over the years but deciding upon the one that stands out to YOU is what I am seeking. If you could state why it stands out to you I would appreciate it. Remember inter-racial is NOT just Black and White as someone forgot earlier during a conversation I had.|||The movie Guess Who's Coming To Dinner with Sidney Poitier was groundbreaking because it tackled the issues of inner racial relationships while allowing for the light humor so as to not be shoving cultural diversity down the necks of people who were just not ready to be culterally diverse yet. The remake Guess who did a fabulous job reversing the roles.

I agree with you that African and Light Skinned American are not the only inner racial types.

Dispite all the wonderful movies on this topic I still stick with the first one that I fell in love with. :-)|||Mississippi Masala, It's an entertaining movie, first of all, but also it is complex about the problems the characters are facing. I also like the way it doesn't compare people, and find one lacking. It's just about how little people really know each other. And the love story really is beautiful, but it's very hard on the lovers.|||Save the last dance. Bring it on all or nothing. They both show that color, religion, nationality doesnt matter, we are all on this earth together and should not matter any other way.|||"A Patch of Blue"

"A Bronx Tale"

"Guess Who's Coming to Dinner"

"Corrina,Corrina"|||Something New was interesting.|||Evergreen Terrace
