What is the difference between inter professional and collaborative Working?

I need to write an essay any guidance or ideas please?|||Inter professional would mean that your team was made up of professionals - this is how architects and engineers, cost consultants work most of the time. everyone has defined responsibilities and you can jettison any member of the team if they are not performing (it happens)

If you involve the builder and employer in the process you are doing collaborative working - in effect you are altering the traditional contractual relationship - which every one thinks is wonderful removes all the advesarial unpleasentness - until it goes t*ts up and arbitrators have to come in and clear up the mess.
