Why are Inter Milan so dissapointing in the champs league every year?

They've dominated in Italy over the past 3-4 years now and even under Mourinho they still cannot win or even look like winning that trophy. They are clearly the best team in Italy by far, but never look at all promising in Europe..... Why is that?|||They maybe Italian champions but not european champions at the moment, they do have a good coach but they don't have a better squad like liverpond, Real Madrid, Barca and Man U|||You have to remember, that by the semi-finals which they usually get too, there a teams like manchester united and chelsea and barcelona, and one of those teams have to win so inter milan most likely have the better teams to face against and just dont peform aswell against them.|||Because the Italian League is phoney, thus Inter Milan looks great against mediocre and sub par competition...then when they go and play the English, Spanish, and Germany (FC Bayern) giants they are overwhelmed and can't attack a lick.|||To be honest italian league is not as good as the english premier league. english teams always dominate champions league. and italian teams don't got really great players there's a few like eto, lavezzi, and totti??point is there are not a lot of great players|||because Mourinho is vastly overated as a manager.
