How do you get inter provincial tuition in Canada?

I'm moving back to Canada in the near future, and soon after i will be going to university. I want to go to UBC, as i will be living in BC. But i want to know how to get inter provincial tuition, is it like the states in where you live there for a certain amount of time? Or how can i do that?|||Check with the financial aid advisers at your college, they should be able to answer all your questions!!!
