How to make a good and inter active report on the mechanism of breathing?

i want something interactive and fun. Like eating a cookie but cannot breathe thesame time or something like that.|||One suggestion... try breathing thru a straw while sitting (minimum activity), then try breathing thru the straw while walking, then while jogging. The concept is how much additional air volume is required when the body is working. good luck
