Can you apply for an inter-district permit when the school year has already begun?

For example, I'm moving towards the end of November. Is it possible for me to send in a inter-district permit right now and have the possibility of the school accepting me even if the school year has started? Or do I have to wait for the next school year?|||Do both. I'm not so sure if you'll be able to stay for the current school year (ask your principal) but if you do it early enough for next school year you should be able to get in if you fulfull the requirements.
