Will Italy regain its 3rd position ranking in the UEFA League Co-efficient if Inter wins the Champions Final?

I checked the statistics: If Inter wins in regulation, then Italy as a country gains 2 points and Germany none, and that would be enough for Italy to be ranked 3rd and gain the fourth spot for the 2011-12 Champions League. I am less sure of what happens if Inter wins in extra time or on penalties.
